As part of our team, your role is to ensure that our guests enjoy an exquisite culinary experience every day. Coaches and counsels team members to reflect the department’s cooking standards and procedures. Ensuring the correct set up, handover, and breakdown of the kitchen. Accountable for short and long-term planning of the department’s needs. Comply with company, HACCP, and other legislative regulations. Develops and recommends budgets, labor cost plans, and objectives and manages functions within those approved plans. Able to convey information and ideas clearly. Able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately. Setting performance standards and monitoring performance. Able to build a team that he/she will inspire daily. Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are being met. Ability to work at a high level of performance. Previous experience in 5-star luxury properties or international hotel brands. Customer-oriented and friendly. Attention to detail and a structured way of working. Excellent English language skills. Able to set priorities, plan, organize, delegate, and control.
