We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fine dining and catering, with a proven ability to manage kitchen operations effectively. EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the food industry.
• Strong culinary skills with experience in fine dining, catering, and menu planning.
• Background in managing kitchen operations, including inventory management and food service management.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and shift management.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and best practices in culinary arts.
• Experience in banquet services is preferred, along with familiarity with dietary department operations.
