We are currently seeking a talented Head Chef with a positive approach or someone who wants take their next step in the career to join our team at Warren Lodge Hotel.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about culinary arts and possess strong leadership skills to oversee the kitchen operations effectively.
Duties:- Lead and manage the kitchen team, training, and supervision- Plan and create innovative menus whilst ensuring high-quality food production- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation processes- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with regulations- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost control
Skills:- Extensive experience in a professional kitchen environment- Proficient in various culinary techniques and food preparation methods- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations- Exceptional leadership abilities to motivate and guide kitchen staff- Excellent organisational skills to manage kitchen operations efficiently- Passion for delivering high-quality dishes and exceptional dining experiences
