This could be the perfect move. You’ll be working directly with the owner on creating fresh traditional Italian dishes with flair. The menu will consists of fresh, seasonal dishes prepared fully in-house. You’ll enjoy creative freedom, contribute your own specials, and help maintain high standards across the kitchen. As an independently owned venue, you’ll have direct access to the owners, quick decision-making, and no restrictions when it comes to replacing or investing in new equipment.
