What You’ll Do:

  • Lead our kitchen with confidence, creativity, and a love for proper cooking.
  • Work alongside the owner and front-of-house team to design seasonal menus and knockout specials.
  • Cook everything from scratch — no packets, no shortcuts, no “heat and serve”.
  • Manage kitchen operations smoothly, including stock, orders, hygiene, and training.
  • Build a positive, energetic kitchen culture that celebrates hard work and great food.
