As Head Chef, you will have the responsibility to run your own kitchen and service, oversee approximately 65 covers each service of breakfast, lunch and dinner across the facility.

• Manage all aspects of meal preparation and presentation for residents
• Lead and support the kitchen team in delivering efficient food services
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with nutrition standards
• Design menus that are varied, innovative, and resident-informed
• Oversee stock management, budgeting and cost controls
• Work closely with care and hotel services teams to respond to dietary needs
• Represent the service as Food Safety Officer and promote continuous improvement
