Maison Hospitality is looking for an experienced, passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our new restaurant in Berrima. As the Head Chef, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside our Executive Chef to design and execute a creative menu that brings comfort food to life, crafted from the finest local ingredients. You will manage the kitchen team, ensure smooth operations, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Help to develop, implement, and maintain seasonal menus
  • Oversee kitchen staff and provide leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards
  • Manage kitchen inventory and control food costs
  • Train, mentor, and develop junior kitchen staff
