We are a small and well loved pizza shop located in Medford.

The ideal Candidate

• Is a hard worker
• Able to communicate well with staff and customers
• Can perform repeatable tasks with accuracy
• Has some experience in the restaurant industry
• Comfortable performing different roles - whether working the oven, serving customers, managing staff, or doing prep.

We are open to filling this role with all levels of experience. The right individual needs to have a desire to perform well at tasks but also capable in managing and organizing staff and dealing with customer service.
We are looking for people seeking increasing job responsibilities over time (with pay following) and expect to be expanding soon. The right person would be able to stay on as General Manager at our existing location or help open the second location.
We offer competitive wages and most likely a profit share, with a wide salary range depending on fit.
This role requires nights and weekends in coordination with the GM and rest of our staff and ideally would be ~50 hours a week (with commensurate pay).
10% of our profits are donated to charity and we have a very community focused orientation. Our gluten free pizza is probably top 5 in the state - so allergen awareness is helpful in this role.
