MEATliquor is a small (ish), independently owned Bar & Diner group, based primarily in London, but with sites in Brighton and Leeds. We are hungry for highly ambitious & experienced Managers to expand on our current teams, to join us in smashing patties, shaking hard liquor and having some fun along the way.

· Preparing the kitchen for service, including setting up equipment, food prep, storing deliveries and any other reasonable request from your kitchen manager
· Communicates preparation tasks to the team
· Ensures the kitchen is set up and ready for service
· Place daily orders to ensure the kitchen is always fully stocked
· Complete a weekly stock take and reconciliation and report to their general manager
· Supervise preparation levels to keep wastage to a minimum
· Preparing food to order and working as part of a fun and supportive team
· Train, develop, and nurture the kitchen team to their full potential
