We are looking for a Head Chef to help lead our kitchen from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our menu, kitchen operations, and overall success.

WHAT WE NEED:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume Mexican restaurant.
  • Proven expertise in Mexican cuisine, with a strong focus on flavor, plating, and presentation.
  • Ability to develop and refine authentic recipes for our menu and private events.
  • Experience in helping open a restaurant or setting up kitchen operations is a strong asset.
  • High-energy, fast-paced leader who thrives under pressure—especially on busy weekends.
  • A true team motivator who sets the standard for quality, consistency, and speed.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required, as the kitchen operates primarily in Spanish.
  • Experience in inventory management, ordering, cost control, and portioning.
  • Skilled in creating and managing kitchen schedules and ensuring proper food safety compliance.
