HEAD CHEF / LEAD LINE COOK – MINT ALBANY
Mint Albany is a true scratch kitchen—everything made in-house from organic breads and pastas to pasture-raised meats, local eggs, and as much organic produce as we can source. There’s heavy prep, a busy line, and the expectation of clean, consistent execution.
We’re looking for a professional who can:
This role will be guided by our Executive Chef in Glens Falls, with two weeks of training there required before running the Albany kitchen.
The schedule is four full shifts a week (approx. 10 hours, lunch through dinner)—giving you three days off to recharge and live your life while still cooking at a high level. **Higher salary available for same position with more hours structured into schedul.
