Head Chef Opportunity – MLA Restaurants MLA Restaurants are seeking an accomplished and motivated Head Chef to oversee operations in our busy, fresh-food kitchen, Hanover Street Social. This is a key leadership position, responsible for delivering consistently high-quality dishes while ensuring performance standards, cost controls, and compliance are upheld.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in a Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership role
• Strong leadership and management abilities, with a track record of developing and motivating teams
• Excellent organisational skills, particularly in rota planning and kitchen administration
• Commercial awareness with a focus on achieving food cost targets and GP margins
• In-depth knowledge of food hygiene regulations and a proactive approach to compliance, ensuring top hygiene ratings
• Competence in maintaining all necessary kitchen records and standards
