The Head Chef will lead the charge on the culinary direction and development of the restaurant, curating and executing a compelling menu inspired by the myriad flavours and unique ingredients across Asia, with a spotlight on Chinese cuisine. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Asian cooking and intimate knowledge of Asian products, techniques, and cooking traditions. We are looking for an accomplished Chef who has a true understanding of how to compose flavourful, visually pleasing, and thought-provoking dishes that delight.
