JOIN OUR CULINARY LEADERSHIP TEAM AS HEAD CHEF – FRESH FOOD, BOLD FLAVOURS, EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCES

Location: Ware, Hertfordshire
Salary: up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm

We’re looking for a dynamic Head Chef to lead our culinary team across two vibrant sites on a large, modern campus in Ware. This is more than a kitchen job – it’s a chance to shape exceptional employee dining experiences for a diverse, engaged community.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading with flavour – bringing fresh, innovative menus to life with locally sourced ingredients.
  • Inspiring and developing a talented kitchen team of up to 8 team members, to deliver consistently high-quality food and service.
  • Working closely with our hospitality and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless, memorable dining experiences.
  • Managing daily operations with creativity, precision, and a love for what you do.
