SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of kitchen staff.
• Work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to innovate and elevate the venue’s food offering.
• Be a visible leader, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the team during key services.
• Relevant chef qualification or proven experience in commercial kitchens
• Passion for Mediterranean/Lebanese food (or willingness to learn)
• Knowledge of food safety standards (NSW Food Authority)
• First AID
