We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at our client’s well-established venue in Margate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated culinary professional looking to make their mark in a creative, fast-paced environment.

• Take full responsibility for kitchen operations
• Design seasonal menus with a focus on quality, consistency, and local produce
• Manage food preparation, stock control, and ordering
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene
• Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team
• Work closely with management on cost control and GP targets
