HEAD CHEF – NEW OPENING | ST ALBANS| £55,000 + LARGE ACHIEVABLE BONUS

We’re thrilled to be recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a brand-new, 80–100 cover restaurant launching just outside St Albans City. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a site that’s bringing an exciting concept to the area.
Set within a stunning estate, the restaurant will grow much of its own produce on-site, with a menu that celebrates bold British cooking, Sustainability, exceptional meat and fish, and seasonal ingredients.

The Package

  • £55,000 salary

What We’re Looking For

  • A visionary Head Chef who wants to treat the site as their own
  • Strong background in meat and fish cookery, ideally over fire
  • Fine dining or premium casual experience
  • Creative flair and a deep respect for produce
  • Previous new opening experience is a bonus, but not essential
  • Local candidates with a valid driver’s license preferred
