The Evoluon is a UFO-shaped building in which various concepts are implemented and Vermaat provides the catering. For example, there is a restaurant and coffee corner for exhibition visitors in the ‘museum section’ and a meeting centre and large auditorium for business guests. The catering range is varied and diverse where we also consider sustainability and vega(n) options. We challenge you to see what you eat, recognise what you drink and taste what you smell. Together, we make the future tangible and create a connection between technology and food & drink. The Evoluon is open 7 days a week between 10.00 - 17.00 excluding banqueting events.
