We’re creating The Long Table – a provenance-led pub and events destination combining the warmth of Mediterranean hospitality with seasonal British ingredients and authentic countryside charm.
We’re looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen and take the reins of our culinary journey — from daily pub service to elegant wedding feasts.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day kitchen operations across pub, weddings & private events
  • Develop seasonal, locally sourced menus with a rustic, elegant flair
  • Recruit and train a growing kitchen team as we expand
  • Maintain strong gross profit, manage stock and supplier relationships
  • Ensure 5-star food hygiene and consistent high standards
  • Work closely with front-of-house and event teams to deliver seamless service
  • Drive innovation and help shape our long-term food strategy
