JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of food production and presentation while ensuring a smooth operation within the kitchen.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role within a care home environment.
• Strong supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of food production processes, food preparation techniques, and cooking methods.
• Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in both food presentation and kitchen operations.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.

• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
