Several years of experience as a pastry chef, including in a leadership role
Proven experience managing a larger pastry section
A team player with strong, proactive communication skills
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
Responsibilities
Pastry menu development: you will lead and develop the menu together with the team. You’ll align closely with the two owners and the Head of Front of House on main directions and guidelines.
Team management: you will guide and support our pastry team, ensuring smooth collaboration and growth. You are responsible for scheduling and the operational management of the team.
Ordering and stock management: you oversee ordering, stock control, and food cost management.
Maintenance and daily operations: you are the first point of contact for all matters concerning the pastry section and ensure that everything runs smoothly and is well maintained.
Day job: you work mornings and daytime only (no evenings!). The team rotation allows for at least one free weekend per month.
