QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a fast casual food concept as Kitchen in Charge, Sous Chef or CDP
  • Cooking skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry
  • Food quality assessment skills
  • Culinary management experience
  • Ability to manage and train kitchen staff
  • Experience with inventory management
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field
