POSITION OVERVIEW

The Head Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and creativity. This role requires a leader who thrives in a high-volume, fine-dining environment and who is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining or upscale steakhouse environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff
  • Expert knowledge of steak preparation, butchery, and fine-dining plating techniques,
  • Knowledge in Seafood preparation, Filleting fish, along with presentation
  • Exceptional creativity and passion for delivering elevated dining experiences
  • Strong organizational and financial management skills (food costing, labor control, etc.)
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a hospitality environment
  • Need to be able to TRAVEL to VEGAS for 10 days for training.
  • Food Cost and Labor cost experience.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
