The Head Chef oversees all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food, smooth service, and team leadership. This role is responsible for menu development, cost control, staff management, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage kitchen staff.
  • Design and update menus aligned with the restaurant concept.
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef.
  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
  • Creative, organized, and cost-conscious.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
