LEAD A DYNAMIC CULINARY TEAM IN AN AWARD-WINNING LUXURY HOTEL WHERE CREATIVITY MEETS EXCELLENCE IN MULTIPLE DINING EXPERIENCES.
A Head Chef position is available at an award-winning four-star luxury hotel, which is part of a successful group. The hotel is a busy dining venue with a 2 AA Rosette fine dining restaurant serving fresh, modern dishes. The hotel also offers a more relaxed dining menu in the bar and hosts private events, weddings, conferences and exclusive afternoon teas. As a result, this Head Chef role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst maintaining the day-to-day management of the kitchen and supervision of the team of 10 chefs.
REQUIREMENTS:
CVs will be considered from Head Chefs; it is important that they highlight experience working in busy corporate kitchens serving multiple dining operations and busy banqueting operations for a minimum of 2 years and ideally with a minimum of 2 Rosette experience. A Head Chef who has the drive and ability to push forward standards, be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved.
