Job Introduction
We are looking for a Head Chef to join us at Leonardo helicopters Yeovil, working for the global catering provider Sodexo. This Team is skilled, Innovative and loves the challenge of an exciting and varied working week. The food we offer our customers is the best in the region and beyond, and we need a forward-thinking head chef to join our team. We offer straight shifts.

What you do:

• Inspire the kitchen team.
• Control the complete catering operation.
• Managing and optimising food costs and reduce food waste.
• Ensuring uniformity in the food and service standards provided to customers.
• Help ensure the highest standards of food hygiene are maintained.

• 40 hours per week
• Working pattern: 5 days out of 7
• Full Time Contract with Overtime opportunities
• 24 – hour Welfare Helpline
• Close to the central town, free car parking on site, uniforms provided and changing rooms available.
