THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a culinary professional with proven experience in Greek and/or Mediterranean cuisine to help us shape the next chapter of our brand. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who is passionate about food, people, and creating unforgettable dining experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team through daily operations
  • Work with leadership to revamp and elevate the existing menu
  • Implement and maintain efficient kitchen systems and procedures
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Manage prep, ordering, kitchen hygiene, and compliance protocols
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
