Head Chef | Private Hospital | Southampton | Full‑Time | Permanent Spire Southampton Hospital is seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our professional and welcoming Catering team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a skilled chef who takes pride in delivering freshly prepared, high‑quality food in a clinical, customer‑focused environment. Our Critical Care department and multidisciplinary team offer you peace of mind for our wide range of treatments. The Role You will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of hot and cold meals for patients, staff, consultants and visitors, in line with our corporate menus and quality standards. Working across all areas of the kitchen, you will ensure high levels of food presentation, hygiene and service at all times. You will also support special functions, cater for individual dietary needs and help maintain full compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
