You’ll have an impressive wealth of culinary experience, and you’re no stranger to working in a busy kitchen alongside a close-knit team of professionals - where creating delicious, kiwi grub is just what you do. Your range of skills doesn’t stop there - you’ll also know how to manage food and wage costs, work within budgets, organise prep, write menus and lead the team around you.
