JOB SUMMARY:
As the Head Chef, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the culinary operations of a brand-new kitchen. This is a rare chance to develop and design a share-plate style menu from scratch, reflecting creativity and innovation that complements our premium spirits. You will oversee all aspects of kitchen management, including menu development, team leadership, food costing and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Menu Development: Design and develop a share-plate style menu, utilizing local, and seasonal ingredients to deliver a memorable dining experience.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities, including food preparation, quality control, and inventory management.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Cost Management: Monitor food costs, labor budgets, and waste to ensure efficient operations.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management to align culinary offerings with the distillery’s overall vision.
