Job Title: Head Chef (Banqueting)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: €50,000 per annum
Start Date: April 2025
Job Description: We are looking for a real foodie head chef for our client. In this position you will manage the team and food production and is carried out to the highest standards in their banqueting operation. We are looking for a chef coming from a hotel banqueting background, that is creative, passionate about delivering an excellent standard of cuisine and is up to our clients standards.
Note: Candidates must have at least 5 years experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, preparation and delivery of a 5 star level of food production for menu items in the designated outlet. Also helping to implement and maintain food standards across the outlet.
