We are on the lookout for an experienced and creative Head Chef for the opening of our first High-End Boutique Coffee Shop and all day dining cafe in the prestigious area of Knightsbridge.
We’re an independent hospitality group making our debut in London with plans for growth in the next 6 months. Our concept blends quality coffee with a refined all-day brunch and lunch menu, and we’re now looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to join our journey.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative kitchen environment, is confident leading a team, and wants to grow with a brand that values quality, innovation, and people.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
  • Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
  • Thorough knowledge of Kitchen SOP’s
  • Good computer & soft skills
  • Strong Management and Delegation skills
  • Maintain a positive working environment
  • Ability to create & propose new recipes to develop the menu in a creative and profitable manner
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressur
Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management
  • Work with our Group Executive Chef on Menu design and cost
  • Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
  • Work closely with management on strategy, planning, and forecasting
  • Train and inspire junior team members
  • Maintain a culture of support, efficiency, creativity, and positivity
  • Lead the day-to-day kitchen operations
