QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate for this unique role will possess:

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef in a premium establishment
  • Proven ability to successfully execute a premium menu
  • Strong financial acumen relevant to labour and cost control
  • Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
  • Ability to supervise, train and motivate a team to deliver excellent food quality and service
  • A current Food Safety Supervisor Qualification
