OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and preparation, coupled with excellent leadership and team management skills. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen environment
  • Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques
  • Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is highly desirable
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
