JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
  • Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation in all food served.
