JOB DESCRIPTION:

As Head Chef,you will be at the forefront of our kitchen operations,shaping the culinary direction of the establishment. Your role involves leading the kitchen team,maintaining high standards of food quality,monitoring KPI’s and ensuring operational efficiency.
This is a pivotal leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality and creativity.
  • Leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Complete understanding of EBITDA & GP.
  • Understanding PnL’s to make positive cuts,increasing overall profit.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,high-pressure environment.
  • Experience in organising and leading a large kitchen team.
