We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As Head Chef, you will oversee food production, manage kitchen operations, and ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of food & hygiene excellence.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
