JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME

Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef with International Cuisine Experience with a strong background in , International food and Italian cuisines (Expertise in making Neapolitan Pizza, Sandwiches, Fried Food & Sauces ). The ideal candidate will lead full daily operations, develop innovative menus, ensure food quality and hygiene, and manage the kitchen staff efficiently. The Head Chef will play a key role in maintaining the restaurant’s culinary reputation while bringing creativity and authenticity to every dish.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Design and update menus that reflect Italian, International.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control kitchen costs.
  • Enforce hygiene and safety standards in accordance with local health regulations.
  • Collaborate with restaurant management on seasonal menu changes, special events, and promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, preferably in a multicultural or Mediterranean kitchen.
  • Formal culinary training or equivalent experience.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on expertise in:
  • International
  • Egyptian traditional dishes
  • Italian cuisine
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good understanding of food cost control and kitchen budgeting.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in fine dining or high-volume kitchens.
  • Menu engineering and food cost analysis.
  • Creativity in dish development and presentation.

    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
