MLG is located within walking distance from Stratford International Station and Westfield Shopping Centre.

Working in our state-of-the-art open kitchen the right applicant will get the opportunity to thrive in a unique environment where theatre and guest interaction are essential. We are looking for A proactive and driven Head Chef to join our Team.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive Chef and the Senior team around you
  • Take the Senior Lead in the Kitchen alongside the Executive Chef
  • Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
  • Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality.
  • Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering.
  • Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.
  • Work with fresh products in order to create high quality seasonal dishes
  • Work efficiently to maintain the highest quality and standards in line with Company expectations
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary ingredients and practices
