As our Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for leading a dynamic kitchen team, curating innovative and authentic Spanish-inspired dishes, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This is an opportunity to showcase your culinary creativity while maintaining the high standards that have made Tío a local favourite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food quality, and team management
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation, consistency, and flavour
  • Train, mentor, and motivate a talented kitchen team
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and kitchen budgets
