Istinye Rotisserie Restaurant is looking for an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our team. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, leading the team, maintaining contact with suppliers, and ensuring the overall efficiency and quality of the kitchen.

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

  • Proficiency in both TURKISH and ENGLISH,
  • Strong knowledge of the kitchen, with experience in various types of cuisine and cooking techniques,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong team player, and leadership capabilities,
  • Proficient in computer use (Basic level MS Office, etc.),
  • Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and manage the supply chain,
  • Strict adherence to hygiene and health standards,
  • Creative, innovative, and committed to delivering high-quality culinary service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of kitchen operations,
  • Plan menus and develop new recipes,
  • Train, guide, and monitor the performance of the kitchen team,
  • Oversee the procurement of kitchen supplies, inventory, and budget management,
  • Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety standards are met,
  • Enhance the quality of food and customer satisfaction,
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers and ensure the timely delivery of necessary ingredients.
