MUST HAVE:

  1. Experience in managing and leading 15+ staff
  2. ⁠Full recipe development from idea to adding to menu
  3. ⁠Work with inventory systems, stock count, wastage control experience
  4. ⁠Placing orders and maintaining supplier relationships experience
  5. ⁠Managing 2 or more locations experience
  6. ⁠Central kitchen in charge experience
  7. ⁠PIC Certificate (expired also okay)
  8. ⁠Own visa
