We’re now looking for an experienced, driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen team - bringing creativity, leadership, and precision to one of the most exciting culinary destinations in St Andrews.

• Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the kitchen at 18 St Andrews
• Leading, developing, and inspiring a team of chefs and kitchen porters
• Designing seasonal menus that showcase Scotland’s finest produce
• Controlling budgets, GP, stock, and labour to deliver commercial success
• Ensuring all dishes meet brand standards for quality, flavour, and presentation
• Upholding exceptional hygiene, allergen, and food safety practices
• Recruiting, training, and developing kitchen talent
• Working closely with the Executive chef and F&B Manager to deliver a consistent and memorable guest experience
