You will: Manage and mentor kitchen teams while maintaining a customer‑focused, safe, and welcoming environment Balance hands‑on Chef duties with planning, administration, and stakeholder engagement Drive team performance and uphold Sodexo’s high food safety and quality standards Foster a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures This is a role for someone who enjoys accountability, variety, and the chance to influence both people and food outcomes. Qualifications You are a confident leader who thrives in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments. You handle pressure with ease and bring a passion for excellence.
