Description

Scope of Role:
As the Head Coach at BFT, you will be instrumental in ensuring the studio’s success. Your responsibilities include leading the coaching team, overseeing the delivery of fitness programs, and ensuring high levels of member satisfaction and engagement. You will conduct pre-designed group training sessions grounded in sports science, motivating clients, ensuring their safety, and fostering a positive and inclusive training environment. You will lead, execute, and enhance member experiences and relationships for new studios until they reach full operational status, while working to increase membership numbers. A deep understanding of BFT’s various sessions is crucial, as you will teach proper techniques and address member concerns to provide a safe and effective fitness experience. Additionally, you will identify prospective members and facilitate membership sales to support business growth. Upholding BFT’s high training standards and nurturing the professional growth of your coaching team will also be key responsibilities. You will oversee all marketing and training activities for the studio, manage pre-opening activities, and address any other tasks that may arise for the studio.
Objectives & Deliverables: (Will be adjusted every Quarter)
· Pre-Opening Activities:
Lead and manage all pre-opening activities for new studios, including planning and organising promotional events, community outreach, and membership drives.
Ensure all training facilities, equipment, and operational procedures are ready before the opening day.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new staff and coaches to ensure they are familiar with BFT standards and protocols before the studio’s launch.
· Membership Sales: After the pre-opening phase, achieve a traget new memberships monthly to support continuous studio growth.
· Increase Class Attendance: Promote and enhance class participation through positive client engagement and effective promotion of training programs, ensuring high attendance rates.
· Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct group fitness classes with up to 36 clients per session, maintaining BFT’s high standards of safety and quality during training.
· Enhancing Product Quality: work on improving the service and product quality provided to the members through new ideas and applications
· Coaches Technics: work on improving coaches’ technics and enhancing their performance
· Motivate Clients: Drive client engagement and enthusiasm during each session, ensuring their commitment to the training programs and overall enjoyment.
· Client Retention: Maintain a client retention rate of at least 80% by building strong relationships and providing an exceptional training experience that meets members’ needs.
· Support Operational Efficiency: Assist in the daily operations of the studio, including equipment setup, ensuring smooth running of sessions, and addressing any operational challenges.
· Marketing and Community Engagement: Develop and execute marketing initiatives for the studios to attract new members, increase visibility, and engage with the community through events and social media.
Support New Studio Launches: Lead member engagement initiatives for any new studios, ensuring a smooth transition to full operational status while maximizing member acquisition during the initial stages.

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
