Description

Reporting to the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, the Head Coach, Men's Basketball is responsible for planning and administering all aspects of the sports program to which they are assigned. The Head Coach promotes the personal development of student-athletes on and off the court or field, to ensure that their behavior reflects favorably upon the College community and the athletics program. This includes fostering excellence in competition, in the classroom, on campus, and in the community. The Head Coach will follow all rules and regulations pertaining to the program and appropriate governing organizations, including the NJCAA and FCSAA, as well as all FSW Board of Trustees Policies and College Operating Procedures. The ideal candidate will have: * Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education. * Three (3) years of college-level coaching experience. Head Coach experience preferred.
