Job Description As Head Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face of Elysium Noosa – setting the tone from the moment the guests arrive. Lead a high-energy team, curate unforgettable local experiences, and deliver five-star moments with effortless flair. Guest Experience & VIP Service Be the go-to contact for VIPs, long-term residents, and high-profile guests. Coordinate amenities, transport, and special requests with warmth and precision. Curate bespoke Noosa experiences through strong vendor relationships and local expertise. Team Leadership & Culture Lead, train, and mentor the concierge team to deliver seamless, discreet service. Manage rosters, performance, and team development while fostering a culture of excellence. Drive upselling and guest engagement through proactive service and promotional initiatives. Operations & Administration Oversee reporting, budgeting, and cost control to meet financial goals. Ensure compliance with WHS, safety and service protocols across all touchpoints. Qualifications What you bring Proven leadership in luxury hotel Concierge or Front Office role. Impeccable grooming, guest service standards, and local area knowledge. Proficient in OPERA PMS and Microsoft Office Full Australian working rights (PR or Citizen) Holds a valid Driver’s License, RSA, and current First Aid/CPR certification. Physically capable of manual handling (up to 23kg) and standing for extended periods. Flexible availability across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
