The Muckross Park Hotel & Spa, part of the iNUA Collection, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head Concierge to join our team!
As Head Concierge, you will be the heart of our guest experience. You will lead a dedicated concierge team, ensuring seamless service and exceeding guest expectations at every touchpoint.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a hotel head concierge role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• A passion for exceeding guest expectations and creating unforgettable experiences.
• Strong knowledge of the local area and its offerings.

• Overseeing all concierge operations, including itinerary planning, restaurant reservations, activity bookings, and guest transportation.
• Building and fostering strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding them.
• Managing a team of concierges, providing coaching and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of the local area, recommending hidden gems and creating bespoke experiences for guests.
• Upholding the high standards of The iNUA Collection brand.
