DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES RELATED TO THE HEAD CONCIERGE ROLE

• Manage and elevate the experience of VIP guests and guests by ensuring they receive all relevant information about hotel services
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised recommendations
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest enquiries and special requests
• Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance guest experience and hotel revenue
• Maintain a deep knowledge of London’s best restaurants, cultural spots, and experiences to enhance guest stays
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service across the hotel
• Assist the Front Office team in managing guest arrivals, check-ins, and departures
• Lead and train the team in concierge services
• Ensure that each guest experience is authentic, personalized and refined
• Be an ambassador for Great Scotland Yard and Hyatt Hotels, promoting our Food & Beverage outlets and services across our properties
