They act as a liaison between the mine owner and the MDO, coordinating with various teams to facilitate project execution, secure necessary permissions, and resolve any ambiguities or disputes. The Zonal Head ensures all tasks are completed on time, safeguards parties against regulatory issues, and manages financial transactions related to the project.
